Project Details

• All tender files from 2017 to 2024 located in the Finance Commission have been organized and classified by year.
• The information of all classified files has been entered into the system as physical archiving by our Archive staff under the indexes opened in the established Archive integration system.
• Every document was barcoded and entered into the system. Completed files were placed in special archive boxes and stored on barcoded shelves. All files were also recorded in the system with their barcodes. The system has been integrated so that the location of all documents scanned with a barcode reader can be viewed from the system.
• Following these operations, once all tender file information was entered into the system, Archive software training was provided to the institution personnel.
