Our Projects

The population registries and files of the Civil Registry Office located in the Güzelyurt, İskele, and Kyrenia District Governorate offices were securely transported and digitized. The documents were classified, necessary restoration procedures were performed, they were scanned in high quality, associated with identity numbers on a per-person basis, and delivered to the institution. The physical archives were rebound, placed in archive boxes, and safely preserved; their location information was also presented to the institution as an inventory.

Within the scope of the project, an Archive Software and Hardware system has been established, necessary index fields have been defined, and the system has been made available for the institution's use. System usage and admin training have been provided completely to the relevant archive personnel, and the project has been delivered smoothly.

Within the scope of the National Archives and Research Department's Archive Digitization and Automation System Project, documents were classified and necessary restoration procedures were carried out. Approximately 50,000 documents were scanned in high resolution and integrated into the e-Archive system. Physical archives were securely boxed and placed in archive cabinets. At the end of the project, institutional personnel were trained on the use of the e-Archive automation system.

The library and archival documents in the Old Parliament building were classified and placed in protective boxes. All materials were securely transported to the new Parliament building and systematically placed by the expert archival team into archival cabinets and the library area in a way that preserves their former arrangement.
