Project Details

• The project for the establishment of the Digitization and Automation System for Archives located in the collection of the National Archives and Research Department started in October 2025 and ended in May 2026.
• First, the documents to be scanned were meticulously classified, and damaged documents underwent restoration.
• 50,000 documents were scanned in high resolution without damaging their physical structure and integrated into the E-Archive system. The scanned physical archives were placed in archive boxes and stored in the archive cabinets of the National Archives and Research Department.
• Following the digitization process and the implementation of the e-Archive automation system, training on its use was provided to the institution's personnel by our company's archive officers.
